Ryan Fotter

Ryan Fotter currently serves as the Business Transformation Lead at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since April 2023. Prior experience includes over a decade at Boston Ballet, where Ryan held several key roles, including Director of Major Gifts, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to the Executive Director & Board Liaison, and Artistic Department Assistant. In these capacities, Ryan contributed to the organization's growth and strategic partnerships while overseeing administrative functions and supporting dancers. Additional experience as a Talent Manager for Principal Dancers of American Ballet Theatre and as Company Manager for the Contemporary American Theater Festival further highlights Ryan's extensive background in arts management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage & Production Management from Emerson College.
