Skyler Rockafellow

Skyler Rockafellow is an experienced professional in human resources and operations with a strong background in personnel management and customer service. Currently serving as a Benefits & People Operations Administrator at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee since September 2022, Skyler previously worked as a Human Resources Specialist for the US Army, supporting soldiers and managing various HR functions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Dental Receptionist and Billing Expert at Proctor & Pearl Family Dentistry, where responsibilities included managing patient billing and scheduling, and as an Assistant Store Manager at GoWireless Verizon Premium Retailer, overseeing retail operations and team management. Skyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Mount Olive and previously attended Upper Iowa University. Additionally, Skyler earned an Associate of Arts degree from Green River College.
