Art Mitchell

Art Mitchell is the President of Arthur Mitchell & Associates, a financial consulting and life insurance agency operating in California and nationally since 1985. Alongside this, Art serves as a Referee Coach for Tournaments Abroad, mentoring referees internationally, and holds multiple roles with the U.S. Soccer Federation, including Referee Coach and official. Former positions include Referee Assignment Secretary for the Southern California Soccer Officials Association and for the San Diego County Soccer Referees' Association, overseeing thousands of referees. Art’s prior experience includes marketing and training roles in the life insurance sector with LifePro, as well as a decade in film production. Educational qualifications include a BA in Philosophy from San Diego State University, along with various degrees in Marketing, Management, and Internet Technology from local colleges.
