Aziz Tahir

Aziz Tahir, MS, serves as the Lead Programs Manager for Soccer at Urban Initiatives since July 2022 and has been a Staff Coach at Chicago Fire FC since August 2020, working with youth soccer teams and conducting training sessions while assessing player performance. Aziz's prior experience includes roles such as Director of Soccer Operations for Men's Soccer at Northwestern University and Network Equipment Operations with the U.S. Soccer Federation, managing logistics for Youth National Teams. Additionally, Aziz has held positions at Base10 Genetics, Western Illinois University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and US Club Soccer, where logistics for major soccer events were coordinated. Aziz holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Western Illinois University.
