Bart Caubergh

Bart Caubergh serves as the Head of Performance for the Women's Team at Chelsea Football Club since September 2023, previously holding the same role from 2019 to 2021. As an Ambassador for Voetjebal België since 2016, Bart promotes equal opportunities for children in sports. Instructing for World Football Academy and Football Coach Evolution since 2013, Bart focuses on football periodisation and cross-cultural factors. As a consultant for BC Coaching & Consultancy since 2009, Bart provides strategic and performance management insights to various stakeholders in football. Additional coaching experience spans numerous clubs and national teams, including the UAE Olympic Team and KRC Genk, contributing to several championship wins and qualifications for major tournaments. Bart is also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and holds multiple degrees in Sport Science and Education.
