Jessica Covino has a diverse work experience in the sports and event management industry. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Event Operations at the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2023. Previously, they worked as the Manager of Major Events, Special Projects at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, where they were responsible for bid event site visits, event planning meetings, budget management, and record keeping. Jessica also served as an Event Coordinator at Mercedes-Benz Stadium from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Jessica worked as an Operations Manager at Red Frog Events and as an Event Operations Coordinator for the United States Soccer Federation. Jessica has also held positions at TGI Sport, FOX Sports, CONCACAF, Copa America 2016 Local Organizing Committee, and Anthony Travel, Inc.
Jessica Covino received their Business School Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Sports Management from Western New England University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Bristol Central High School from 2002 to 2006. Jessica also holds certifications in CPR/AED obtained from the American Red Cross in April 2021 and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" obtained from LinkedIn in 2020.
