Molly Dwyer

Molly Dwyer is an experienced professional in sports management and operations, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager in the President's Office at the U.S. Soccer Federation since November 2022. Prior to this role, Dwyer held various positions at the North Carolina Football Club, including Director of Player Experience and Soccer Operations for NC Courage, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating team schedules, player logistics, and managing promotional appearances. Dwyer has also held positions such as Director of Soccer Operations at the University of Portland and interned as Director of Player Experience at Racing Louisville FC. With a solid foundation in coaching and marketing, Dwyer’s career began as an assistant coach at the University of North Carolina at Asheville and included roles at Asheville Buncombe Youth Soccer Association. Dwyer holds a Master’s degree in Business with Marketing Management from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Communications Studies from Furman University.
