Nora Dooley is an experienced professional in community engagement and social development within the sports sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Engagement and Activation at the U.S. Soccer Federation since June 2025, Dooley previously held the role of Director of SWB Assist at Soccer Without Borders from April 2023 to June 2025. With a decade-long tenure at Coaches Across Continents, Dooley was the Executive Director of the Choice for Women initiative, focusing on empowering girls and women through active citizenship. In various leadership roles, Dooley has managed global partnerships, facilitated training in over 30 countries, and developed curricula that address local social issues. An alumna of Columbia University, Dooley earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2012 and began a career that includes an internship at Grassroot Soccer.
