Quinton McFarlen

Quinton McFarlen currently serves as a Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce, having progressed through various roles within the company since March 2021. Simultaneously, Quinton has been a Regional Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation since August 2008, officiating over 600 soccer games at multiple competitive levels and achieving several referee grades through networking and assessments. As a Collegiate Soccer Referee since March 2017, Quinton officiates matches across various conferences. Prior experience includes roles at PwC as an Advisory Senior Associate, where Quinton contributed to Salesforce solutions for Fortune 500 companies, and leadership positions in Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity and ALDI, focusing on strategy and operational efficiency. Quinton graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
