Shari Summers

Shari Summers' work experience includes holding the position of Chief Soccer Growth Officer at U.S. Soccer Federation since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at promoting women in positions of power. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Wave Sports + Entertainment, where they held roles such as Executive Vice President, Operations; Senior Vice President, Strategy and Operations; and Vice President, Strategy and Operations. Shari also gained experience as a Case Team Leader and Consultant at Bain & Company from 2015 to 2018 and as a Brand Management Intern at Mars in 2014. Before that, they worked as a Sports Business Project Manager at a Family Office from 2010 to 2013 and as a Professional Soccer Player at FK Fortuna in 2010-2011.

Shari Summers has an MBA in Marketing, Management, and Organizations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Before that, from 2010 to 2011, they studied Product Management, Consumer Behavior, and International Relations at Ålesund University College (HiÅ). Shari also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University, which they acquired from 2003 to 2007.
