Tricia Taliaferro

Tricia Taliaferro is an accomplished soccer professional currently serving as the Executive Director, Head Coach of the W League, and Women's Sporting Director at Tampa Bay United Soccer Club since April 2020. Taliaferro is also the Head Coach of the Women's Cerebral Palsy National Team for the U.S. Soccer Federation, a position held since January 2022. Previous roles include US Club Id2 Girls Director, U16 Girls National Team Head Coach, and U17 Women's National Team Assistant Coach during multiple World Cup events. Taliaferro's coaching experience is complemented by a solid educational background, including a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and advanced credentials from FIFA and U.S. Soccer.
