Arthur Grijalva has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as Director of a multibillion-dollar Presidential priority space portfolio at the United States Space Force since March 2017, where responsibilities include end-to-end capabilities across design, prototyping, testing, and operations. Previously, Arthur held the role of Program Manager, overseeing a billion-dollar agile software development portfolio aligned with high-level priorities. Arthur's career with the United States Air Force from July 2010 to March 2017 included serving as Deputy Program Manager & Engineering Manager, managing multimillion-dollar test programs, and leading significant projects for advanced technology prototypes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in SHIELD from the University of Southern California.
