Brian Bishop

Brian Bishop, Ph.D, PMP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Space and Launch Division at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and has previously held several high-level positions within the NRO, including Director and Deputy Director of the Advanced Payload Division. With extensive experience as a Space Force Officer, Brian has been involved with the United States Space Force since 2005. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Master's in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. Brian's professional background encompasses significant roles in satellite program management, systems engineering, and operational intelligence, demonstrating a strong focus on multi-billion dollar space systems and national security initiatives.
