Chad Carter

Flight Surgeon at United States Space Force

Chad Carter is an experienced medical professional specializing in aerospace medicine, currently serving as the Chief of Aerospace Medicine in the US Air Force Reserve since July 2009 and as a Flight Surgeon for the United States Space Force since July 2019. Previously, Chad also held the position of Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2009. Chad's educational background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from Kansas City University, an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University, a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Arkansas, and undergraduate courses in Emergency Medical Technician from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
