Daniel Dempsey

Daniel Dempsey serves as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the United States Space Force since September 2020, overseeing a formation of 350 members, including Guardians, Airmen, civilians, and contractors, and guiding orbital warfare capabilities to meet national priorities. Previously, Daniel Dempsey held several key leadership roles within both the United States Space Force and the United States Air Force, including Senior Enlisted Leader to the Director of Training, Plans, and Readiness, and Squadron Superintendent, where responsibilities ranged from operational training and evaluation to resource management and personnel advising. Daniel Dempsey's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Leadership, alongside previous degrees in Operations Management and Air & Space Operations Technology, supplemented by military leadership training.
