David Ferris

David Ferris has a diverse work experience spanning various defense and government agencies. David has held positions such as Deputy Director at the United States Space Force, Commander at the Defense Contract Management Agency, and Division Chief and Branch Chief at The Joint Staff. David has also worked as a Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and held multiple roles within the United States Air Force, including F-35 Block 2B Capability Manager and Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing budgets, overseeing program performance, and providing expert advice and recommendations to senior leaders. David Ferris has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, which they earned from 1992 to 1996. David subsequently pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. In 2004, they attended the USAF Test Pilot School to study Flight Test Engineering. Later, in 2009-2010, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College.
