Program Manager / Lead Systems Engineer at United States Space Force

Justin Mayfield has a diverse work experience. Justin started their career in 2012 as a Reserve Officer's Training Corps (ROTC) Cadet Vice Wing Commander. In this role, they led a cadet wing and oversaw leadership training and community service for a 150+ cadet wing.

In 2015, Justin worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Virginia Department of Transportation. Justin collaborated with Dr. Brian K Diefenderfer and Dr. Benjamin F Bowers on research projects.

Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Public Management/Non-profit/Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland's School of Public Policy, along with a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Finance and Acquisitions.
