Michael E. Dolan

Michael E. Dolan, MBA, currently serves as the Deputy Program Executive Officer and Deputy Director for Space Sensing at the United States Space Force, a role held since September 2018. Dolan was a finalist in the Air Force Innovation Spark Tank 2023, recognizing his contributions to innovative ideas within the Department of the Air Force. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the United States Air Force, Trillium Aerospace, Boeing, Hughes Space and Communications, and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Dolan holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, along with a Defense Acquisition University certification as PEO Qualified.
