Rita Hilton is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational development, innovation, and talent management. Currently, Rita serves as the Director of Staff at the Chief Innovation and Technology Office for the United States Space Force. Prior professional roles include Manager of Learning & Development at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Director of Talent & Organizational Development at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and an Organizational/Personnel Psychologist at the National Science Foundation. Rita's entrepreneurial experience includes founding B.Leading in Place (B.LiP) Solutions, LLC, where foundational coaching and research services were provided. Additionally, Rita has held academic positions, such as Sr. Executive in Residence at George Washington University. Rita holds a PhD in Public Administration and Institutional Economics from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
