Cliff Erickson

Cliff Erickson is an experienced maintenance professional currently serving as the Maintenance Shift Manager at United States Steel Corporation since March 2025. Prior to this role, Cliff held multiple managerial positions at Cleveland-Cliffs between August 2020 and March 2025, including Section Manager of Pit and Crushing Maintenance and Process Manager for Crusher and Pit Operations. From May 2017 to August 2020, Cliff was the CEO of Goose Chaser Inc. and also served as a Franchise Owner at InXpress during the same period. Cliff's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bemidji State University, along with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Hibbing Community College, a Millwright Certificate from Mesabi Range Community and Technical College, and early studies at North Central Bible College and Trinity Bible College.
