Loren Ledgister

Loren Ledgister, BEng, CMRP, currently serves as Program Manager for Reliability-Centered Maintenance at United States Steel Corporation, overseeing asset reliability improvement programs and maintenance planning for the Gary Works Tin, Pickle, and Sheet Divisions. With prior experience as Maintenance Supervisor at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., and Manager of Maintenance Planning & Scheduling at United States Steel Corporation, Loren has demonstrated proficiency in developing maintenance strategies and enhancing workforce productivity across various companies, including CMA CGM and The Port Authority of Jamaica. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica, an MBA from The University of the West Indies, and a certificate in Project Management Principles and Practices.
