Raul Arias

Raul Arias possesses a diverse range of experience in operational management and community engagement. Currently serving as a Saw Operator at United States Steel Corporation since May 2023, Raul previously held the position of Director of Operations and Recruiting Director at a Chick-fil-A Franchise, where responsibilities included efficiently hiring and training staff for a grand reopening in Birmingham, Alabama. Raul's earlier experience as Environmental Services Operations Manager at Xanitos Inc. included launching the disinfection process for the first COVID-19 patient at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Additionally, Raul served as an Environmental Services Manager at Presence Resurrection Medical Center and worked as a Community Organizer for the Logan Square Neighborhood Association in Chicago, Illinois, focusing on youth mentorship and community growth. Raul is a graduate of Marine Leadership Academy with a High School Diploma.
