Steven R. Martin, MBA, is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and change management, currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma Consultant at United States Steel Corporation since 1995. Martin has successfully spearheaded a cultural transformation in Lean Six Sigma practices and played a pivotal role in the global implementation of Oracle ERP solutions, overseeing various business process modules.
