Victoria McKenney

Victoria McKenney serves as the Deputy General Counsel - Regulatory & Compliance and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at United States Steel Corporation since March 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing regulatory and compliance matters. Previously, McKenney held the position of Associate General Counsel at United States Steel Corporation and played a pivotal role in overhauling the compliance program. Prior experience includes serving as Director of the Regulatory & Compliance Office and Associate General Counsel at Academi LLC, and as a Senior Counsel on secondment at AIG during a significant financial crisis, focusing on regulatory risk mitigation. McKenney began their career at Hogan Lovells US LLP as a senior litigation associate, where involvement included discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. McKenney earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from the Cardozo School of Law.
