Brittani M. has substantial experience in civil and human rights advocacy and labor organization, currently serving in the Civil and Human Rights Department at United Steelworkers (USW) since August 2014, where responsibilities include addressing discrimination issues and conducting educational seminars on civil and women's rights. As Co-President of Pride at Work since August 2022, Brittani M. plays a vital role in representing LGBTQ union members and fostering collaboration between the labor movement and the LGBTQ community. Additionally, Brittani M. held the position of Vice President at USW LOCAL 3657 from April 2021 to January 2023, supporting a diverse membership of over 1.2 million members across North America. Brittani M. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Robert Morris University, earned in May 2012.
