Rachael English

Rachael English is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and education, currently serving as an Organizer at United Steelworkers since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager at Hello Neighbor and as a LIFE Project Service Coordinator at Human Services Administration Organization. Rachael has also held administrative positions at Duquesne University and worked as a Mental Health Worker at MHM Services, Inc., contributing to the therapeutic environment for inmates. Additionally, Rachael has experience as a Graduate Research Intern at the University of Pittsburgh and as a Local Area Representative for ASSE International Student Exchange Programs. Earlier roles included serving as a Mental Health Specialist and Medical Records Clerk at Allegheny Correctional Health Services, alongside experience as a Language and Culture Assistant in Spain. Rachael holds a Master of Arts in Social and Comparative Analysis of Education from the University of Pittsburgh and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Geneva College.
