David Nielsen is an accomplished marketing and fundraising professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at The United Synagogue since February 2020, David previously held positions such as Marketing Manager at Chai Cancer Care, where responsibilities included developing new fundraising initiatives, and Director of Development at Aish UK, overseeing a significant rebranding project and fundraising campaign. David has also contributed to World Jewish Relief in multiple capacities, both as Head of Fundraising Development and Senior Marketing Manager, where strategic development of the fundraising portfolio and management of marketing channels were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions at QVC and as a Freelance Video Producer. David holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Institute of Fundraising.
