Baris Degertekin

Baris Degertekin started their career at Pacific Roller Die in 2002 as a Cash Manager. Baris then took on the role of Treasurer in 2004, where they managed treasury operations and analyzed financial needs. In 2014, Baris became the Chief Financial Officer, assuming CFO responsibilities along with the Treasurer role. In this position, they managed financial reporting, strategized based on outcomes, and partnered with the CEO for planning. Baris also raised capital, forecasted cash flow, and reviewed contracts. In 2022, they joined United Systems Fire & Security as the Director of Finance and Accounting.

Baris Degertekin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2002. Prior to their MBA, Baris completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Baris also obtained a certification as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals in July 2020.
