Alaina Rothschild (Lainey)

Alaina (Lainey) Rothschild has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they worked at United Talent Agency as a Talent Brand Partnerships Assistant and Agent Trainee. From 2022 to 2023, Lainey served as the Design Team Lead at Innovative Design at USC where they led a group of designers to rebrand and design a new logo for the Reach Collective. Alaina (Lainey) was also an Executive Board Member and Education Lead at Palette Program during the same period, where they provided mentorship and taught classes to undergraduate students. In 2022, they founded their own freelance company called Ellar Designs LLC, working as a freelance designer and combining brand marketing with graphic design. Lainey began their career as an intern at United Talent Agency in 2022, gaining exposure to various business practices. Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Secretary at Figure Skating at USC from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Lainey has gained experience as a Graphic Designer and Branding Strategist at Curia Streaming, as well as Graphic Design Intern roles at Red Light Management and Silverback Music in 2021. Alaina (Lainey) was also a Server at JOEY Restaurant Group from April to September 2021.

Alaina (Lainey) Rothschild started their education journey in 2015 at Somers Senior High School. Alaina (Lainey) completed their International Baccalaureate Diploma there in 2019. Following their high school graduation, they enrolled at the University of Southern California in 2019. Alaina is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Design and Applied Arts. Alaina (Lainey)'sexpected graduation date is in 2023.
