Heidi Williams

Heidi Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heidi started their career at Waggener Edstrom as an Account Executive and later worked as an Account Supervisor at Aquent. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Deadline, a subsidiary of mOcean. Following that, they worked as a Chief People Officer Consultant in 2010. In 2011, they joined Dailey & Associates as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they led various initiatives such as agency buy back analysis and strategy, HR restructuring, and diversity recruitment programs. From 2012 to 2018, Heidi served as a Board Member at ThinkLA. In 2018, they joined Ogilvy as the Global Head of HR and the West Coast Head of HR, leading HR strategies for multiple disciplines. Presently, since 2021, they hold the position of a Human Resources Executive at United Talent Agency. Additionally, in 2022, Heidi became a Chief Member at Chief, an organization focused on empowering women leaders. Overall, Heidi's work experience highlights their expertise in human resources, talent management, diversity recruitment, and organizational development.

Heidi Williams has obtained a Certification in Leadership Training from The Effectiveness Institute. Heidi also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University. In addition, Heidi has obtained the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in August 2019.
