Leo A.

Leo A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Leo started their career as a Loan Interviewer at Casco Northern Bank in 1985. Leo then worked as an Assistant Cashier at Amboy Bank from 1986 to 1988. Leo went on to serve as an Assistant Vice President at Mainstay Federal Savings Bank from 1988 to 1990. Leo then became the Vice President of Lending at SGC Federal Credit Union (now Pinnacle FCU) from 1990 to 1994. Leo's next role was as Chairman at ITCUA from 2003 to 2009. Leo also served as Vice Chairman at Member Support Services, LLC from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, Leo joined the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) as an Engage Attendee. Leo founded Wisdom Leadership Group, LLC in 2017. Currently, Leo holds the position of President/CEO at United Teletech Financial Federal Credit Union.

Leo A. has a diverse education history with a focus on leadership, mindfulness, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and coaching. In 1981, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to that, they attended John Bapst Memorial High School from 1978 to 1981.

Leo A. also pursued executive education at Stanford University in 1996, although the specific field of study is unknown. In 2016, they completed the Engage Graduate program at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, specializing in mindfulness, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence. Leo further enhanced their knowledge in these areas by attending the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute in 2017 for the Mindfulness, Neuroscience & Leadership program.

In addition to their formal education, Leo A. has obtained various certifications in coaching and emotional intelligence. Leo became a certified professional coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching in 2017 and obtained an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from the same institution in 2018. Leo A. also achieved an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they acquired certifications as an Emotional Intelligence Certified Meta-Coach from Goleman EI and as a member of the International Coaching Federation.
