Alexander Kurdyukov

Alexander "Alik" Kurdyukov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexander "Alik" started their career as a Lead Developer at Garant Service in 1996, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Lead Developer/Manager at Oxiris, leading a team of 6 developers in an e-commerce platform development project. In 2001, they joined SiBiTek as a Lead Developer/Architect until 2003.

In 2003, Kurdyukov worked as a Lead Developer at Short Cycle Solutions (Startup), where they led the development of a business platform and web content management system. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Architect and Lead Developer at Business Analytica, focusing on a new generation marketing research project.

From 2009 to 2011, they worked at BPC Banking Technologies as a Lead Developer/Architect, specializing in e-business solutions development with a team of 4 developers. In 2002, they joined Passware as a Technical Manager/Project Manager, leading a team of 10+ developers and making significant achievements in the development of the Decryptum service for password recovery.

Since 2011, Kurdyukov has been working at United Traders as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), responsible for managing software development and administration of the Aurora platform.

Alexander "Alik" Kurdyukov has a Specialist degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), obtained from 1995 to 2000. Alexander "Alik" also holds various certifications in fields such as Clean Language and Systems Modelling for Teams, Kanban Management, Management 3.0, People Management, and Project Management. These certifications were obtained from different institutions between 2018 and 2020.
