Brad Emm

Brad Emm has a diverse work experience spanning over thirty years. Brad is currently working at United Training as an Account Manager, where they collaborate with IT Leadership and HR Professionals to provide end-to-end training solutions. Prior to this, Brad worked at New Horizons Learning Group as an Account Manager and Account Executive.

Brad also has extensive experience at BradJen, where they served as a Builder Distributor Leader for a decade. Additionally, they worked at Omnikron Systems Inc. in various roles, including Director of Sales/New Business Development and Sales Manager. Brad'sresponsibilities included managing sales teams, training and coaching team members, and achieving sales targets.

Early in their career, Brad worked at PPL Inc. as an Executive Director, where they excelled in selling legal plans, managing a team of independent sales associates, and networking. Brad also had a brief role at BJE as a Builder Distributor Leader Influencer.

Brad's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Squad leader in Delta 2/11. During their service, they honed their leadership skills and received several commendations and awards.

Brad Emm attended Illinois State University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Information Technology. In addition, they served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1991, earning the rank of Corporal and gaining leadership skills. Brad is also certified in Cloud Essentials Computing from Omnikron, specializing in IT. Recently, in January 2022, they obtained two certifications, AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) and AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical), from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
