Zoe Smith

Zoe Smith currently serves as the Head of Reward and HR Systems at United Trust Bank Limited since December 2017. Prior to this role, Zoe held the position of HR Director at Aerion Fund Management from July 2014 to March 2016, overseeing all HR functions for approximately 40 employees. Zoe’s career in human resources began at Aviva as a HR Graduate, progressing through various roles including Offshore Demand Manager at Aviva Global Services, HR Manager at Octopus Investments, and Human Resource Services Consultant at PwC, where involvement included HR strategy, reward management, and organisational design. Notably, Zoe participated in the PwC Emerging Leaders Programme, aimed at developing future leaders within the firm. Educational background includes studies at Newcastle University and Peter Symonds College.
