Mike Mashke

Mike Mashke is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in credit risk management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Credit Officer at United Trust Bank since January 2025, Mike has previously held significant roles such as Senior EVP, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Credit Officer at First National Bank of Pasco, where responsibilities included driving revenue and managing credit operations. Mike also served as Interim President & CEO at IBERIABANK and held senior vice president positions at CBC National Bank and NorthStar Bank, focusing on loan production and commercial lending management. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Florida and completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
