George Karani

George Karani is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with significant experience in fostering startup ecosystems and promoting technology innovation. Currently serving as Co-Director at Startup Grind and National Organizer at Startup Universe Kenya, George bridges the gap between academia and the startup world, providing essential resources and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs. As the founder of Frontforumfocus and an active partner with Microsoft for Startups, George oversees the company's strategic direction while leveraging Microsoft’s resources to scale operations. Additional roles include volunteer work with IEEE, community outreach at InternNet Resources, and regional advocacy with United Under Arts and The Lilac Blog, all showcasing a commitment to mentorship, community engagement, and fostering innovation.
