Adele Thorley

Adele Thorley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Policy Manager at United Utilities since November 2019, Adele has utilized skills in policy development and strategic HR initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Locala Community Partnerships CIC, overseeing a HR team in a not-for-profit organization, and People Change Manager at United Utilities, managing change projects in a FTSE 100 environment. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner positions at Dairy Crest and Royal Mail, where responsibilities encompassed managing major site changes and supporting large-scale operational teams. Adele holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Communication and Cultural Studies from the University of Leeds.
