Ben Kiilu

Ben Kiilu is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Head of Engineering Service for the Process Alliance at United Utilities since 2004, Ben is responsible for managing engineering delivery for an £850 million programme. Previously, Ben held the position of Engineering Service Manager, overseeing engineering services for a £560 million programme within the Network Construction Alliance. Earlier career roles include various management positions within the Infrastructure Capital Delivery and Network Construction Alliance Business Units at United Utilities, as well as an Engineer at Arup, where Ben worked on major infrastructure projects. The foundational career stages began as a Graduate at MIBP Consultants, contributing to significant public infrastructure projects funded by renowned international financial institutions. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Nairobi, the University of Cambridge, and the Institute of Directors.
