Richard Peacock

Richard Peacock is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in both civilian and military domains. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at United Utilities since February 2020, Richard specializes in wastewater operations. Prior to this role, Richard spent eight years in the British Army, culminating as Chief of Staff for an Army Reserve unit, managing a diverse portfolio that included change management, compliance project management, and HR functions for 400 personnel. Richard also held various leadership positions within the Army, responsible for team training, operational management, and personnel development. Richard holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Level 7 Award in Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
