Charles W. McDaniel

Charles was elected as chairman of the UniGroup Board and its operating subsidiaries, including Mayflower/United, in May 2021. Charles has been a member of UniGroup’s Board of Directors since 2015 and an industry leader for more than 15 years, after having been involved in some capacity with virtually every aspect of moving since he was 12.

Charles is currently the President and CEO of Hilldrup, and is the third generation to serve in the role.
