Riccardo Coletta

Riccardo joined United Ventures’ investment team in 2022 with a focus on the growth fund, which primarily targets European companies with proven traction in fast-growing industries. He focuses primarily on cutting-edge technologies that combine innovation and impact.

Prior to United Ventures, Riccardo was part of the investment team at Alchimia, an Italy-based venture capital firm that invests globally in early stage companies, where he was responsible for dealflow origination/execution and portfolio management. Riccardo also supports the mission of The Gentlemen’s Retreat, which is to teach high school students in high-potential urban centers the vision of being a gentleman through the use of emotional, conversational, and narrative intelligence.

Riccardo holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics from Luiss University in Rome. During his studies he traveled to London and Paris to complete his studies at top universities. He specializes in corporate finance.
