Jeffrey Cary

Jeffrey Cary is a seasoned professional in community information and disaster response, currently serving as the Director of ConnectATX and Community Information and Disaster Director at United Way for Greater Austin since August 2019. Previously, Jeffrey held roles as a Resource Specialist at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and as a Community Information Coordinator at United Way for Greater Austin. Jeffrey co-founded International Partners for Peace, contributing to educational programs and international Model UN conferences. Additionally, experience as an independent researcher for the Mike Downs Center involved extensive studies on public education funding. Jeffrey possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
