Victoria Carter, MPH, is a skilled professional with experience in coordinating childcare resources and support, organizing and tracking donations and grants, partnering on early childhood development projects, engaging with community partners for public health initiatives, conducting research on social issues, and assisting in legislative and administrative tasks. Victoria holds a Master of Public Health degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, along with a Bachelor's degree in Government and a minor in Philosophy of Law from The University of Texas at Austin.
