Pauline Tardif

Pauline Tardif serves as the Vice-President, Fundraising and Partnerships at United Way Centraide Canada since November 2020, having previously held the role of National Director for the same department. Tardif was the Chief Executive Officer of Alzheimer Society of Canada from 2017 to 2020 and worked as a consultant from 2016 to 2017, assisting organizations with strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Vice-President of the Ontario Division at Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (2007-2013), Executive Director at Orbis Canada (2004-2007), and roles at Muscular Dystrophy Canada, Heart & Stroke (Ontario), Heritage Ottawa, and National Museums of Canada. Tardif holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Political Science and History from the University of Ottawa and completed executive development programs at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and the Niagara Institute.
