Jessica Heil

Jessica Heil has been with United Way of Berks County since January 2000. She currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Marketing and Digital Engagement and has previously held roles such as Director of Communications and Online Engagement, Communications and Online Engagement Manager, Marketing/Communications Program Manager, and Resource Development Associate. Jessica is responsible for driving the digital strategy of the organization, managing online and social media platforms, and developing strategies to engage with donors, volunteers, and supporters. She also has experience in media relations, advertising, market research, public relations, and event planning. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University.
