Sheila Tulli

Sheila Tulli has been with United Way of Berks County since March 1999, currently serving as Vice President of Resource Development. Previously, she held the role of Director of Resource Development at Hershey Food Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Sheila graduated from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Public Relations. She brings a wealth of experience in leading with integrity, strategic planning, cultivating relationships, managing budgets, securing sponsorships, and overseeing organizational databases. Sheila is also skilled in donor engagement, major gifts, planned giving activities, and business continuity processes.
