Joanna Rozier-Johnson

JoAnna Rozier-Johnson is the Founder and Chief Trainer of JoRo Organizing, where the focus is on interactive professional and positive youth development training, program consulting, file consolidating, and administrative system creation. Rozier-Johnson also serves as the Vice President of Youth Services at the Community Action Organization of Western New York, Inc., overseeing the Youth Services Department and managing various partnerships and funding sources. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Youth Services and Program Manager for Supplemental Educational Services at the Community Action Organization of Erie County, Inc., where notable accomplishments include tripling the student success rate and developing a Job Readiness curriculum. JoAnna Rozier-Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Human Services from Canisius College.
