Brittany Vine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Innovation and Customer Experience at United Way of Calgary and Area since April 2022, Brittany focuses on fostering innovation and enhancing customer experiences through data-informed decision-making. Prior to this role, Brittany was the Director of Programming at Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids, leading program changes and client engagement strategies, and played a crucial role in organizational transformation. Brittany's previous positions include Community Engagement Manager and Coordinator at The Mustard Seed, where notable achievements included developing educational programs and successfully securing significant funding. Brittany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies from the University of Calgary and a Master’s Degree in Community Engagement from Merrimack College.
