Diane Tan is a seasoned professional in community impact and social policy, currently serving as a Community Impact Strategist at the United Way of Calgary and Area since April 2021. With previous experience as a Social Policy and Innovation Advisor at Strathcona County and various roles in Durham Region, Diane has developed expertise in policy analysis, housing coordination, and strategic partnerships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Social Planning from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Environmental Science from the University of Calgary. Diane's background also encompasses environmental planning and program leadership, highlighting a diverse skill set in both social and environmental domains.
