Rhonda Roth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rhonda started their career in 2001 as an Associate Director of Development at the University of British Columbia, a position they held until 2010. In 2010, they also worked as a Consultant for the Hillhurst Affordable Housing Project for a brief period. Since 2010, Rhonda has been with the United Way of Calgary and Area, initially serving as an Associate at UpStart before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Individual Giving and Investor Relations. From 2019 to 2022, they held the position of Chief Development Officer (CDO) before being promoted to Chief Impact Officer.

Rhonda Roth attended the University of Calgary from 1994 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Rhonda then attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Certificate in Fundraising Management. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary during the same timeframe as their Bachelor of Arts degree.
